H&R Block, Inc. in Morehead City, NC is seeking an entry-level team member to support the tax interview process. You will help collect client and W-2 information into the tax software and assist with preparing the tax return for review.

You will work closely with clients to ensure accurate results, obtain signatures, and complete bookkeeping tasks. This role emphasizes customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at interview start.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
