Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Preparer in Brookhaven, MS. You will help start the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and you’ll assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and explaining the results to the client.

You will work to ensure all clients receive superior service, with additional duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, basic reading and math skills, and the ability

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
