Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry role to support tax interviews in Covington, LA. You will help collect client data, enter W-2 information, and prepare the tax return for review with the client.

The position requires clear communication, basic math and reading skills, and familiarity with Windows-based software. You will contribute to accurate filings and excellent client service, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities
