H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused associate to support the tax interview process in Mineola, TX. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and help prepare the return.

You will assist with closing the interview, obtain signatures, review the finished product with the client, and uphold a high standard of customer service while performing general bookkeeping tasks.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Mansioni
