Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support tax interviews. You will enter client and W-2 data into the tax program and help assemble returns with precision.

You’ll review completed returns with clients, obtain signatures, and ensure outstanding service while performing related bookkeeping tasks. This role emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
