Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a role that supports the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information and helping assemble the tax return, signatures, and bookkeeping procedures. You will ensure superior service and perform other duties as assigned.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry, customer interaction, and collaboration with the tax team to close out interviews and deliver quality tax returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
