Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a team member in Mississippi to assist with early tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to help close interviews by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with clients. In this role you will ensure all clients receive superior service and perform additional duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or equivalent, good reading and math skills, and strong communication are required to start

Qualifications

• Assist with entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assemble tax returns, obtain signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
