Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level tax professional to support client interviews and tax preparation at the Wahpeton franchise office.

You will help begin interviews, enter client data, and ensure accuracy in the tax return process. The role emphasizes strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Windows-based tools, with opportunities to learn tax procedures and provide excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities
