Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Highland, IL is seeking a Tax Associate to assist with the start of client interviews by entering W-2 information into the tax program and to help assemble the tax return.

You will review the completed tax return with clients, collect necessary signatures, and perform bookkeeping tasks while ensuring every client receives superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
