H&R Block, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a seasonal/part-time team member to help with the early tax interview and finalization of returns. You will enter client and W-2 data, assemble returns, secure signatures, and review outcomes with clients in a supportive, client‑facing role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program as the interview begins.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure quality service for all clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance

Pay Range

$15.00 - $25.00/Hr.
