Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Chesterton, IN is seeking an entry-level team member to support the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to help close interviews by assembling the tax return.

You will review the finished product with the client, obtain signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures while delivering superior service to every client; additional state/local requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
