Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking team members to support tax interviews and returns. You will begin by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and finish by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the product with the client.

Success requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and the ability to provide superior service to all clients in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the interview.
• Assemble tax return, obtain signatures, review with client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise

• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs

• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
