Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant for the tax interview process in Statesboro, GA. You will help gather client and W-2 information, ensuring accurate data entry into the tax program and smooth interview flow.

You will also assist in closing the interview, assemble returns, obtain signatures, review the finished product with clients, and maintain bookkeeping procedures. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
