H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant in Florida to help begin tax interviews by entering client and W-2 data into the software. You will assist in closing interviews, assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the product with clients.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong customer service, and adherence to franchise procedures, with additional state/local requirements potentially applying.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
