H&R Block, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a frontline Tax Interview Assistant to support the tax preparation process. You will help begin interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist through closing the interview with signatures and bookkeeping steps.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, clear communication with clients, and delivering superior service. A high school diploma and basic reading and math skills are required, with familiarity using Windows

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures at the end of the interview.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program

• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures

• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service

• All other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
