H&R Block is seeking an entry-level Tax Associate to support busy tax season operations. You will enter client and W-2 information into tax software, assist with the interview, assemble returns, and secure signatures.

You will review the finished product with clients, complete bookkeeping procedures, and deliver superior service. The role requires a high school diploma, basic reading and math skills, and clear communication, with familiarity with Windows-based programs preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
