Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level Tax Associate to support busy tax season workflows in Harrison, AR. You will help begin tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist with closing the interview by assembling returns and obtaining signatures.

You will review completed returns with clients, ensure accurate data entry, and perform related bookkeeping tasks. A high school diploma and basic math and reading skills are required, with strong communication

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply
