Job summary

Asset Preservation Capital, LTD in Troy, MI is seeking a Tax Preparer with Drake Software experience. This part-time / seasonal position offers flexible hours and is in-office at 3331 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084.

Base pay is $25.00 per hour plus a per-return bonus of $20.00 for each completed tax return. Prepare and file standard tax returns using Drake Tax Software, interact with clients as needed, and support general office tasks to keep the tax pipeline running smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and file standard tax returns using Drake Tax Software.
• Occasionally interact with clients to verify information or answer basic questions.
• Assist with general office responsibilities directly related to the tax pipeline to keep the office running smoothly.
• Note: You won't get bogged down by ultra-complex files—abnormally large or highly complex tax returns are automatically routed to a third party.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Drake Tax Software is a must.
