Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tax Senior or Supervisor ASAP in Natick, MA. You will prepare business and individual tax returns, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality client service with strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of public accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA or CPA candidate, and proficiency with QuickBooks and ProSystem fx/Axcess tools. Hybrid remote work options are available with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA or CPA candidate.
• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience handling complex returns.
• Experience with QuickBooks and tax software like ProSystem fx.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Experience in audits/reviews/compilations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and individual tax returns with intermediate to complex profiles.
• Manage multiple projects and client requests concurrently.
• Communicate effectively with outside tax clients and teams.
• Assist with audit/review/compilation work as needed.

Job Details

You should have the following:

• Accounting bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of public accounting experience preparing business and individual income tax returns with intermediate to complex tax profiles
• Previous experience using QuickBooks
• Proven ability to manage and complete multiple projects and requests
• Proven ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with outside tax clients
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess tax software, ProSystem fx Engagement and BNA Income Tax Planner
• Ability to resolve general tax questions through light to intermediate research
• Public accounting audit/review/compilation experience
