Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member in Minnesota to support the tax interview process. You will input client and W-2 information, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review the final product with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Strong reading and math skills, clear communication, and familiarity with Windows-based software are required. State and local requirements may apply; duties include additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
