Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level team member to assist with the tax interview process. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, and obtain signatures, ensuring a thorough review with the client.

Responsibilities include reviewing the final product with the client, completing bookkeeping procedures, and maintaining superior service for all clients. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures at the end of the interview.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
