Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Cleveland, GA is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support the tax interview process. You will enter client and W-2 information into our tax software and help guide clients through the early interview steps.

You will assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing basic bookkeeping. Strong communication and Windows software skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to read and perform basic math during tax interviews.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs or tax software considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
