Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Georgia is seeking an entry-level team member to support tax interview processes and data entry for client and W-2 information. You will help ensure accurate data capture in the tax program.

You’ll assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with the client, while performing basic bookkeeping procedures. Strong communication and computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin the tax interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures to close the interview.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
