Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a part-time Tax Assistant in Georgia to help start the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to assist in closing the interview by assembling the tax return and obtaining signatures.

You will review the finished product with the client, complete bookkeeping procedures, and ensure all clients receive superior service while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and math skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures at interview close
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients
• All other duties as assigned
