Valley Tax Advisors in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Tax Manager (CPA or EA) to lead the tax practice. You will manage and review individual, business, estate, and nonprofit returns, and drive planning conversations with clients.

You will mentor the preparation team and work closely with the founder on client service, growth, and succession of the practice. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Bethlehem 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential.
• Five or more years of public accounting tax experience including review of business and individual returns.
• Comfort advising business owners directly on planning, not just compliance.
• Experience reviewing and developing the work of preparers.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Ability to work in the Bethlehem office two to three days a week.
