Job summary

Valley Tax Advisors, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Tax Manager (CPA or EA) to lead the tax practice, own client relationships, and guide planning with the founder beside you through the transition.

You will manage and review individual, business, estate, trust, and nonprofit returns, mentor the preparation team, and drive growth and succession planning. The role offers a hybrid schedule and a clear path to ownership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, including review of business and individual returns.
• Comfort advising business owners on planning, not just compliance.
• Experience reviewing and developing the work of preparers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Ability to work in the Bethlehem office 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities
