Job summary

Valley Tax Advisors in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Tax Manager (CPA or EA) to lead the tax practice and own client relationships. You will manage returns for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofits, and drive planning conversations with clients.

You will mentor the prep team and work directly with the founder on service quality, growth, and succession planning for the tax practice. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of public accounting tax experience, including review of business and individual returns.
• Ability to advise business owners directly on tax planning, not just compliance.
• Experience reviewing and developing the work of preparers.
• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential required.

• Manage and review individual, business, estate, and nonprofit returns.
