Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, tax advisory, or a related professional services environment.
• Experience leading a multi-office tax practice with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent, drive client relationships, and grow a tax practice.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the tax practice, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing, realization, utilization, staffing, and expenses.
• Set strategy and annual operating plan for a 20–25 person practice across three offices.
• Translate firm objectives into clear priorities, performance targets and measurable results.
• Lead forecasting, capacity planning, resource deployment, workflow management, and investment decisions.
• Maintain high standards for quality, risk management, and professional judgment while enabling senior technical leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop professionals at all levels; build future leaders.
• Create a collaborative environment across offices and service lines to maximize client value.
• Promote cross-service collaboration and expand client relationships; balance workload and client commitments.
