Qualifications

• Active CPA or equivalent certification.

• Proficient use of applicable technology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proactive client contact and expand business practice.
• Cultivate new clients and increase services to existing clients.
• Coach staff on business development strategies.
• Manage planning, marketing and budgeted goals for the department.
• Oversee practice billing and timely collection of fees.
• Participate in administrative aspects and maintain quality standards.
