Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of public accounting or related field.
• 6 years of supervisory experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Expand revenue of existing clients.
• Plan short-term and long-term business strategies; identify opportunities for CBIZ in addition to their practice.
• Manage billing, realization, days outstanding and charge hour objectives.
• May develop new clients and cross-sell services; implement a personal marketing plan.
• Serve as key client contact; act as trusted business advisor
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
• May work directly with clients and manage staff.
• Support technical matters as SME; participate in Senior Operations Management Team.
• Drive a team environment and build a positive culture.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
