Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced Tax Partner in Raleigh to lead a growing tax practice focused on middle-market clients. You will oversee tax planning, consulting, and compliance while mentoring managers and staff. A strong existing Raleigh network and business development drive are highly valued.

As a partner, you will collaborate with firm leadership to expand services, leverage resources, and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures.
• Experience in the Technology sector preferred.

Raleigh Tax Partner

This individual will lead a team to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle‑market businesses. A strong existing network in Raleigh is preferred. You’ll use your client service team leadership skills, acting as a role model, to provide coaching, mentoring, and training in the development of managers and staff. To continue our success, we’re looking for a partner who will contribute to expanding the practice by using their strong professional network of business contacts and referral sources and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active CPA license.
• Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures.
• Experience with the Technology sector is preferred.
• Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their “trusted advisor.”
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
