You will oversee tax planning, consulting, and compliance while mentoring managers and staff. A strong existing Raleigh network and business development drive are highly valued.

As a partner, you will collaborate with firm leadership to expand services, leverage resources, and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures.
• Experience in the Technology sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for middle-market clients.
• Develop and coach managers and staff, fostering a high-performing tax practice.
• Expand the practice through client development and leadership collaboration.
