Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Partner for its Private Client Services practice in New York. The role focuses on delivering integrated tax advisory and compliance solutions to high net worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses.

You will lead complex client relationships and drive growth through origination of engagements. You will contribute to the PCS leadership team, mentor tax professionals, and help shape the practice through innovation and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA or JD.
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• 2+ years in a Partner/Director role at a public firm.
• Extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Proven client relationship management and engagement leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax compliance and consulting engagements for PCS clients.
• Provide partner-level review on federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Advise clients on tax planning, regulatory changes, and business strategies.
• Grow client relationships and cross-service opportunities.
• Lead business development and cultivate a sustainable book of business.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and delivery of services.
• Mentor and develop senior professionals.
• Lead special firm projects and technology initiatives.
• Stay abreast of tax legislation and translate into insights.
