The role requires a CPA, 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience, and a track record in leadership, business development, and delivering strategic tax advice with exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience with significant tax expertise.
• Current or prior experience as a Partner, Managing Director, or comparable senior tax leader.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong business-development capabilities and a track record of expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance matters.
• Lead significant client relationships and engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and exceptional service.
• Partner with an existing senior partner to transition client relationships and responsibilities effectively.
• Develop new business through existing relationships, referrals, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through additional tax, audit, and advisory services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals across multiple levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with other partners and firm leaders on strategic priorities, practice growth, and operational decisions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of evolving tax laws, regulations, and industry practices and provide technical guidance to clients and team members.
