Duties:

• Oversee and manage a large, diverse book of business, serving as the primary contact for high-value clients
• Lead the preparation and review of complex tax returns, schedules, and workpapers
• Provide high-level tax planning, research, and strategic guidance to clients across multiple states
• Mentor, develop, and supervise tax staff and managers; foster a collaborative and growth-focused team environment
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to firm growth initiatives, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to client management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and proactively addressing client needs
• Lead and manage special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Active CPA
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, including significant experience managing client relationships and staff
• Strong understanding of multi-state tax laws and complex tax issues
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage a large book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Must be located in CST or EST time zones
