MDS Search is assisting a premier public accounting firm in Atlanta, GA to hire a Tax Partner to lead client advisory with high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You’ll move beyond returns toward strategic planning, relationship-building, and leadership in a flexible, hybrid culture.

The role emphasizes ownership of client engagements, mentoring local teams, and contributing to the firm’s growth across the Metro Atlanta area. CPA required; Big 4 or large regional background preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• Deep expertise in middle-market pass-through entities, corporate tax, and private client tax planning.
• Passion for building personal relationships and reducing bureaucracy.
