Job summary

Louisiana Department of Revenue seeks a Revenue Tax Officer Supervisor to lead the Customer Service Division. This role focuses on accountability, performance development, and sound judgment in tax administration and customer service.

The position requires six years of relevant experience or a combination including education, with CPA or law licensure preferred. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience; on-site in Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

• Complete, update, and cancel automatic bank debit authorizations accurately and notify taxpayers of effective dates.
• Compile and report weekly/monthly work volume statistics.
