Qualifications

• 2–5 years in tax operations or related tax roles.
• Experience with U.S. tax documents and withholding (W-8, W-9, 1099, 1042-S, 8805).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA, EA or progress toward obtaining one preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute tax operations workflows including tax documentation and withholding.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile tax withholding calculations.
• Investigate notices and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tax processes.
• Document procedures and assist with system testing.
