Belltower Fund Group is seeking a dedicated Tax Operations Senior Associate to join our growing team in a fully remote role. The position involves executing and enhancing tax operations workflows, including documentation, withholding, and year-end information reporting for multiple funds and investors.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in tax operations, familiarity with U.S. forms (W-8, W-9, 1099), strong accuracy and analytical skills, and preferably a CPA or EA designation or progress toward

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in tax operations, information reporting, or a related tax role.
• Familiarity with U.S. tax documentation and reporting, including Forms W-8, W-9, and 1099.
• Experience executing detailed, process-driven work with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve operational issues.
• CPA, EA, or progress toward obtaining one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute core tax operations workflows, including tax documentation and year-end information reporting.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile tax withholding calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams to support day-to-day execution and continuously improve tax processes.
