Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an Internal Operations Intern at our O’Fallon, IL location. Anticipated start January 2027 and end April 2027. You will support tax document handling, intake, tracking, and processing while assisting with deadlines and e-filing.

Minimum requirements include progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, willingness to learn new technologies, and proficiency with MS Windows/Office. Travel to client sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and organizes client incoming tax documents.
• Assists with intake of tax information and routing.
• Ensures client documents tracked and current.
• Organizes, scans and processes tax documents.
• Assembles client tax returns per procedures.
• Assist team in meeting government deadlines.
• E-filing and final delivery steps.
• Assist in preparation of informational tax documents.
• Provide general operational support.
