Ideal candidates have 5+ years of administrative experience in corporate/public accounting or tax firms, a HS diploma, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of heavy office administrative experience in corporate/public accounting/tax firms.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's schedule, calendar coordination, and communications flow.
• Track the status of tax initiatives and monitor deadlines.
• Design and maintain spreadsheets for compliance tracking, tax provisions, and audits.
• Oversee filings, audits, and planning-related documentation.
• Coordinate across departments and prepare leadership communications.
