Qualifications

• Requires CPA or Law license/JD.
• 14 years of professional experience.
• 4-year degree.
• Masters or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with tax research and familiarity with the Internal Revenue Code.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical research and analysis of complex accounting method matters.
• Research statutes, regulations, guidance, case law and other sources to develop sound positions.
• Monitor new tax legislation and evaluate impact on clients and the firm.
• Serve as a national technical resource, collaborating with leaders and teams.
• Draft and review tax alerts, updates, and thought-leadership materials.
• Develop and deliver technical training, webinars, and educational programs.
• Build relationships across service lines to promote collaboration.
