Our client is a high-end, mid-size CPA firm with 16 CPAs operating across audit, tax, M&A advisory, and forensic accounting. This is not your typical accounting firm—you work exclusively on the higher end of accounting with zero bookkeeping or payroll tax work. Their audit department is their bread and butter – specializing in PCAOB-compliant audits for public companies. Notable clientele, with frequent international engagements.
They also guide clients through the public offering process and handle M&A due diligence and deal negotiations, primarily on the buyer side.
