Adecco is assisting a local client in Medford, NJ in recruiting for a Tax Manager. You will manage client tax engagements, review returns, mentor staff, and provide strategic advisory services to business and individual clients.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of public tax accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing tax returns, not just preparation.
• Strong expertise in business and individual taxation and tax planning.
• Proven client advisory and consultative skills.
• Leadership experience with staff mentoring and development.
• Strong project management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Lead tax planning and advisory engagements.
• Manage multiple client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct tax research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Oversee engagement deadlines, workflow, and profitability.
