Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree is required.
• CPA, EA or Law License is required.
• Five (5) years of experience.
• Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the team providing tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee tax accounting, bookkeeping and prepared or compiled financials.
• Review and analyze accounting records and discuss matters with clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Lead and plan client engagements and drive process improvements.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
