Made Manager, but still spending busy season preparing returns? In this Dallas role most of your week is review, you only prepare the complex returns, and it pays $125,000 to $160,000 with hybrid working.

An independent CPA firm of around 50 people is hiring a Tax Manager whose job is to run the review process and make the calls on complex engagements. This isn't a Manager title quietly doing a Senior's job.

The tax practice has grown 20 percent a year for three straight years, so there's a steady pipeline of interesting work and a team that needs someone to set the standard on quality.
