BPM LLP in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Tax Manager for its Private Client Services practice to serve high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, executives, and family offices, guiding complex tax matters and wealth preservation.

You will lead tax compliance and consulting engagements, identify proactive planning opportunities, and collaborate with Partners to deliver customized solutions while mentoring staff and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years’ experience in public accounting.
• Licensed CPA OR EA certification.
• Capability to research complex tax issues and exposure to various entities.
• Experience mentoring and training associates.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Oversee complex tax research projects for diverse clients and industries.
• Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liability.
• Supervise tax associates' assignments and day-to-day delivery of services.
• Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates with leadership and guidance.
• Manage multiple engagements delivering high-quality results on time.
