Distinct | North America, a small independent CPA firm in Florida, seeks a Tax Manager to take ownership of tax and accounting work for a mix of high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses. The role offers a clear route toward Partnership from day one and expects you to build trust with Partners.

You will manage client relationships end-to-end, with autonomy and influence in a collaborative, trust-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Strong recent Public Accounting tax experience
• Experience handling HNW individuals and privately owned businesses
• Ability to manage clients from start to finish
• Familiar with tax, accounting and QuickBooks systems
• CPA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax and accounting work for clients
• Manage client relationships directly and autonomously
• Contribute to partnership discussions and growth strategy
• Mentor junior staff and help run the firm
