Jobot is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing team in a hybrid capacity. You will deliver a full range of accounting and tax services, lead client engagements, and drive strategic tax planning for diverse clients. This role emphasizes entrepreneurial leadership and growth alongside firm leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in public accounting, CPA, and strong taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual returns. Collaborative culture and advancement await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license.
• 5–8+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong experience with corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for various entity types.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to minimize liabilities.
• Lead client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Respond to IRS/state notices and resolve issues.
• Mentor associates and interns; identify opportunities to expand services.
• Participate in business development and firm growth.
