The role offers a hybrid work environment with direct access to Partners and key clients. Active CPA with 10+ years of public accounting tax experience is required, including complex engagement management and client relationship ownership.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required with 10+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Experience leading complex engagements and owning client relationships.
• Proven staff leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
• Provide year-round strategic tax planning across entities (individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, trust, estate).
• Advise on structuring, transactions, succession planning, and tax-saving strategies.
